The Only Person You Compete With is Yourself"
I spent my childhood dancing, which sparked my passion for movement and the mind-body
connection. After having my son, I qualified as an Exercise-to-Music Instructor and pursued
further certifications in personal training and gym instruction. Barre, Pilates, and yoga remain
my focus, as they offer both physical strength and mental clarity. I believe balance is key to
success in any fitness program, and I find joy in helping clients progress by tailoring methods
to their individual needs.
With 17 years of experience, I’ve worked across gyms in the South West and taught Barre at
the prestigious Harbour Club in Chelsea. My approach to personal training is centered on
self-improvement, not comparison. I guide clients to push their limits, integrating endurance,
strength, flexibility, and mental clarity into a holistic fitness plan that empowers growth.
Every step forward, no matter how small, is a victory on your journey to becoming a
stronger, healthier version of yourself.

Goal for 2025
Personal goals this year include expanding my skill set in pilates & deepening
my knowledge. Teaching Barre for the past decade, has expanded my interest
in holistic practices, which provides a balanced approach to training. I want
people to benefit from exercise in all areas, incorporating each component of
fitness as a whole, so that this can be sustainable for life.
