Meditation and Mindfulness
Stress, sleep and relaxing: Do you want to know more about mindfulness and meditation?
Meditation can really help to reduces stress, calm the mind and feed the soul.
In just 3 sessions (1 x 1. 5 hours and 2 x 1 hour = 3.5 hours of coaching spread over at least 3 weeks) of coaching we are confident that you will be able to meditate, if only for a short period of time. The cost of these 3 sessions is £99. But for it to be effective you do need practice regularly every day for 5 to 20 minutes (no more).
