Personal training provides motivation, support and encouragement in a relaxing and private environment. Our trainer is highly qualified (to degree level) with an impressive level of experience.
We will give you the knowledge so that you really understand what you are doing and why you are doing it. Many of our clients believe that they have a greater knowledge than many of the instructors in the the gyms that they have been members of before. Just ask them.
We work with those who want to lose weight, get “bigger”, get faster, improve stamina, increase core strength, rehabilitate specific injuries or just improve their general fitness, in fact the list is endless. But we always try and build your confidence and that comes with increased knowledge.
We are confident that our unique approach tailored to you, as an individual, will produce the experience and results you want. And we hope this will continue to evolve.
Personal training is provided on a 1:1 basis or in small private groups.
